After-sales service
VOIS values customer satisfaction, and providing good customer service at all levels is an entrenched value in our organization. We provide customers with professional after-sales technical support and training. Our after-sales service also provides our customers with an avenue for continuous consultation, and solutions to their complaints.
We provide all-round services including:

If offsite technical support cannot resolve your problem, we will send professional technical service personnel at the earliest opportunity to solve your problem.
